Before you apply

Do I really keep 100% of my commission?

Yes. Your monthly plan fee is the only thing you pay. There is no split on any deal you close.

What does the AED 2,500 a month cover?

The fee is AED 2,500 a month plus 5% VAT (AED 2,625 in total). It pays for the services that support your work: office and meeting room access, assistant support, refreshments, the One portal, and access to our marketing and video team. The concierge car service is a paid add-on and is not included in the plan.

Is there a joining offer?

Join today and your first 3 reels, shot and edited by our videographer and editor, are on us.

What is the One portal?

Your broker login. Manage clients in the CRM, book workshops with our top relationship managers at each developer, book the videographer, and reserve rooms and the car add-on, all in one place.

How do the visa and broker card work?

You join the HUZ Properties team and are registered under our licence, with a broker card in your own name. Visa sponsorship is arranged through the company and is not part of your monthly plan fee. We'll take you through the details when you apply.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. Brokers arrange their own insurance.

How is KYC and AML handled?

Client due diligence runs through our outsourced compliance partner. We'll walk you through the process and any associated cost at onboarding.
